The challenge
Ops created MT5 accounts by hand after KYC. Balances and groups drifted from CRM. Failed deposits needed chat threads to confirm trading-side credit. Nobody had a single audit trail for API actions.
What we built
We built a controlled MT5 bridge: Manager/Web API jobs for create/disable and group mapping, queued balance/credit operations with retries, CRM and portal sync for account lists and equity snapshots, plus full request logging for compliance.

Approach
How we typically delivered this
A pattern we reuse across portals and ops platforms — adapted to each network.
01
Understand the network
Partner types, ops bottlenecks, and what “done” looks like for finance and admin.
02
Design the control plane
Login, stages, documents, and ledger rules that match how you actually work.
03
Ship in stages
Pilot with real users, harden access and monitoring, then expand coverage.
04
Hand over cleanly
Admin playbooks, ownership, and a support window so your team can run it.
